1⁄2 cup ginger, peeled & crushed 1 stalk cinnamon
5 cardamoms
4 – 5 cloves
1⁄2 tsp nutmeg powder
1⁄2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp English Breakfast tea,
without its wrap paper 2 jugs water
Boil the water together with the crushed ginger and all of the spices except the tea. Set to 30 minutes or until it’s boiling.
Add the tea into the stew, let it for about 10 minutes.
Turn off the stove, let it cool down, and serve with milk and brown sugar (optional)
