Which Retreat is Best for Me?

On both our fitness and pilates retreats, we welcome women of all fitness levels.  Our pilates program is especially supportive for women who want to jump back into exercise to build strength and mobility after being sedentary for some time, or if there are any physical injuries. We also offer reformer pilates sessions for those who are looking to challenge themselves while having a healthy holiday. Daily pilates sessions, along with our healthy retreat menu, offer a super boost to help reach your goals.

Our fitness retreat, led by a woman personal trainer, is a great way to try out a wide variety of exercise styles. The intention behind this program is to help build an enjoyable and sustainable exercise practice you can continue to implement at home. Our fitness retreat begins with a pre-retreat questionnaire to help tailor the week’s training program to suit your goals and abilities. This will give you the opportunity to challenge yourself in a positive way.

Inspired by our founder’s health journey, we work with trusted professionals to combine the most effective and powerful exercises with a balanced nutritional menu designed specifically for women, so that you will be able to see and feel results in one week.

The goal of both the Fitness and Pilates Goddess Retreats is to inspire you by giving you the tools to continue to optimize your health and fitness long after you return home.

Fitness Goddess Retreats offers five focused sessions with a female personal trainer-led program with the focus on toning CORE, BOOTY & ARMS. Each session is followed by LIFESTYLE COACHING SESSIONS to assist in integrating the healthy changes into day-to-day life after the retreat.

Ready for a Total Body Reboot?

Our Wellness Cleanse Menu is a great way to really reset your eating habits and boost your physical and mental wellbeing. If you want to use your retreat time to reset your body, then our wellness cleanse option is the plan for you.

This cleanse will eliminate all irritants from your diet, allowing your body to truly rest and get back to balance. Our optional plant-based vegetarian or vegan cleansing menu contains fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, spices, and herbs for a great body cleanse if you have ever wanted to try a cleanse.

Pilates is such an effective and powerful practice that you will see and feel immediate results within a week. Our retreat sessions will increase in strength and mobility, improved posture, deeper breathing, an improved mood, and increase in long muscle tone. One of the best things about Pilates, and why so many women rave about the practice, is that the classes are suitable for all levels and never feel overly strenuous.
