This is an absolutely delicious smoothie which is a fave of our yoga goddess Widya because it is super packed with all the good stuff that our bodies need and it tastes super delish too!
A great idea is to blend it all the night before and have your smoothie ready to grab from the fridge as you head out the door.
Plus by doing this you are essentially soaking some of the denser ingredients like the chia, quinoa & almonds overnight which makes their nutrients more easily absorbed by the body and aids in healthy digestion.
All you need is :
– 1 tsp of chia seed
– 1 tsp of quinoa flakes
– 8 almonds
– half of cup of coconut water
– 1 tbsp of coconut oil
– 1 tbsp of raw cacao powder
– 1 tbsp of raw cacao nibs
– 1 banana
– half of cup of almond milk
If you want to mix things up add organic peanut butter or fresh berries.
